INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Almond flour
- 1 cup sifted Cassava Flour
- 3 Medium Bananas
- 4 Large Eggs
- 1/2 Cup walnuts
- 4 TBL Grass fed butter
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 3 TBL Collagen Peptides
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 TBL Collagen Peptides

METHOD
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line muffin pan with paper
- Mash bananas with fork and then combine with butter and eggs (Reserve a small portion of the banana for an optional garnish.)
- Add remaining ingredients and mix on high until well combined
- Fill each muffin compartment 3/4 of the way full.
- Dust tops of muffins with cinnamon and sprinkle with walnut pieces
- For an even fancier look top the muffins with a banana slice.
